We’re an independent HVAC practice based on Main Road in Sundridge, on the edge of Sevenoaks. We design, fit and look after heating, cooling, ventilation and bathroom systems — for offices and shops in Kent and South London, for landlords and estates that need things just to work, and for private clients who want their homes done properly.
The thing we won’t do is hide behind a call centre. When you ring, you talk to an engineer. When you get a quote, it’s itemised. When we install, it’s tidy. When we sign off, the paperwork is complete.
That’s the whole pitch. The rest is just doing it.
Three workshop rules.

If we install it,
we certify it.
Gas Safe, F-Gas REFCOM, commissioning records, statutory paperwork. Compliance isn’t an extra.
